Track & Field
The East Ridge Suns Track and Field Team needs volunteers to serve as assistant coaches this season. Volunteers are encouraged to support the team at any level of time commitment from acting as an assistant coach for the full season to helping at a single practice. No experience or athletic ability is necessary.
Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on April 19 and the season ends with the final meet on May 24. Although detailed volunteer sign-up information will be provided in the Track and Field registration package that will be sent home with the students shortly, volunteers are encouraged to reach out to the head coach (Mitchell Zimberg: 425-941-3599 / email@example.com) at any time. Thank you for supporting the team!

As we prepare for the auction on May 6th, we are finding ourselves needing a little more assistance. If you have a little time to spare or can help in one of the below ways, we would love it!
Email the auction team to get involved in one of the following ways:
Donate an Item
We are busy procuring items now and while we have a wonderful lineup, we still need your help!!!
Do you or someone you know have a special talent, service, game tickets, vacation home, or merchandise that you would like to promote to the East Ridge Community?
Have an item, unused gift cards, or package you would like to donate to the East Ridge Auction?
All items can be collected and dropped off at the school through April 1st. Contact us with your ideas and we are happy to provide you with the donation form!
Volunteer your Time on May 6th
We have a lot of amazing items to transport to and from the Archer Hotel Redmond and could use some extra assistance. We are also looking for volunteers to assist setting up the auction, working the auction, and tearing it down at the end. This is a great way to help East Ridge and also participate in the auction! All volunteers who are working the auction during the event will still have an opportunity to participate in the silent and live bidding.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up or for questions!
